Back in 2004, I started getting into design, and that's when my journey of excitement and curiosity began ● Over the years, I've been amazed at how technology can make life better for people, and I've fully embraced my role in this exciting adventure ●
For the past 9 years, I've had the opportunity to lead design projects and help creative teams ● But it's not just about design ● I also really enjoy helping each team member grow and making sure they work well with our business goals ●
My key experience was formed in the largest e-commerce agency in Russia — Aero ● As the head of the design department, I orchestrated the formation of a highly efficient design team (including UX-researchers and product design managers), capable of juggling up to 15 major projects at one time ●
At Aero, I worked with major local and international brands like Media Markt, Burger King, Decathlon, Shell, Mvideo, Raiffeisen Bank, and others ● This experience helped me realize that making changes in large companies is both unavoidable and a very unique strategic process ●
In 2022, my country initiated a large-scale inhumane war in Ukraine ● I denounced this invasion and made the decision to move to Spain ● Here, I strive to contribute to making the world better ● That's why I don't collaborate with individuals and companies who find justifications for wars, violence, and don't consider taking care of the planet important ●
I really believe that design can make big changes happen ● And it's very important for every designer to remember that their work shapes the future we'll live in ●
